Day3

so I lost 0.6 kilos more since yesterday, which is about 1.3 lbs . Im supposed to lose at least 2 lbs a day on this diet, but Im still really happy with the weight because yesterday I kinda had a meltdown. I was out with girls, and I ate a piece of apple pie and had this yummy chocolate mocha. And it was really late arghh. Well anyways the weight did go down, not as much as I hoped it would but today is a new day and Im staying positive :)
